In a given month, just 29% of McDonald’s customers hit up Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee or breakfast. Meanwhile, 53% of Starbucks and Dunkin’ fans “roam,” dropping by their primary chains’ competitors in the span of a month.
