After days of dogged shelling, forces loyal to Moammar Gadhafi today drove rebels from the key oil port of Ras Lanouf, a day after they recaptured Zawiya and effectively reclaimed control of the eastern third of the country. Reports out of scarred Zawiya said rebel bodies were being bulldozed away, only a week after they held the eastern half of the country.
