It's not looking like Christine O'Donnell will join Dancing With the Stars' 2011 cast: The new lineup is being announced tonight, and TMZ has a partial scoop. Let's just say that unlike last season, Mark Ballas' new partner is so un-noteworthy that Newser couldn't find art of her.
