Jason Kidd put up 16 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists to notch his 88th triple-double—his 50th with New Jersey—and lead his team to a close victory over the Sixers last night. The Nets' side of the 93-88 final score came courtesy of Richard Jefferson's 22 points, Vince Carter's 18, and 21 from the bench, reports AP.

Kidd played on a bruised leg one night after a 106-69 decimation at the hands of the Raptors. The Sixers, coming off a win in Chicago, shot just 66% from the free-throw line and made 3-of-15 three pointers, and Andre Iguolda topped the scoring with 16 points. (More NBA stories.)
