All of England may have April 29, 2011, off, but 100 lucky commoners won't be spending it lounging in their jammies. Prince William and Kate Middleton plan to hold a Willy Wonka-style "Golden Ticket" draw, in which 100 winners will get to attend the royal wedding and reception. "William and Kate wanted the British people involved at a deeper level than simply holding street parties," a source tells the Sun. No word yet on whether or not the eager public will have to buy chocolate bars to enter. Click here for more details on the royal wedding.
