President Obama has disappointed a lot of people, Jon Stewart told Bill O'Reilly on The O'Reilly Factor last night. Asked if he personally felt "Obama remorse," the Daily Show host admitted, "I thought he'd do a better job." Stewart said that while he doesn't wish he'd voted for John McCain, he felt at the time Obama was elected that the country needed a more drastic reconstruction of policy than the president has delivered.

"I've been saddened to see that somebody who ran on the idea that you can't expect to get different results with the same people in the same system has kept in place so much of the same system and the same people," Stewart said. Back on his own show, Stewart looked at the Senate's failure to repeal Don't Ask, Don't Tell and wondered: "Is this country run by assholes?" Click here for more Stewart.
