Couple Saves First Kiss for Wedding Day
The 'no-kissing' rule was a way to prevent temptation. The couple made sure they were never alone in a house and snuggled sitting upright, not lying down.   (Shutter Stock)

A kiss was more than just a kiss for one Chicago couple, who vowed that they would not smooch—or engage in any other kind of physically amorous activity—until today, their wedding day, the Chicago Tribune reports. “It really tested us and encouraged us to grow closer in our hearts and our minds, just expressing things verbally,” said the 30-year-old groom.

The couple, who both teach abstinence, made sure never to be alone in a house and watched movies snuggling upright rather than lying down. “Sex is worth the wait,” explained the bride, 28, adding she felt no need to “test drive” her mate, because “you can’t take the car out of the parking lot until you pay for it.”
