Pope Francis laughed off an accident in the Popemobile on Sunday that left him with a bruised eye and a bloodstained cassock. The 80-year-old quipped: "I was punched. I'm fine," as he continued his tour of Cartagena, Colombia, the Telegraph reports. The Vatican said Francis received ice treatment after losing his balance and bumping his head while riding through a crowd in the vehicle, injuring his left eye and cheekbone. The pontiff, who was on the final day of his visit to Colombia, later celebrated Mass for 500,000 people and urged the country's people to work for equality and "untie the knots of violence" after the end of its 50-year-civil war, reports Reuters.
