Two staffers on the Trump campaign hit it off during a trip to Vegas last fall and voila, the result was a brand-new baby boy born in July. But the details have now gotten messy—and very public. Page Six reports that the tale involves Jason Miller, who served as communications chief, and AJ Delgado, who made frequent TV appearances to support Trump and went on to become a transition adviser. The problem? Miller is married and his wife gave birth to their second child in January. Earlier this week, Delgado tweeted that she had given birth to a boy, William, though she didn't provide any more details. Then Miller gave a statement to Page Six: "My wife and I, along with our two daughters, are excited to welcome William into the world and into our family, and we appreciate the well wishes we've received from so many."

And that prompted Delgado to tweet, "Wasn't my choice to discuss this but since Jason went to Page Six, I guess I now have to share. ... Stay tuned." In a series of tweets on her feed, she also said that Miller told her he was separated when they met, notes People. The two reportedly communicate only through lawyers now. The scandal may have cost Miller a prime job: He was picked to be White House communications chief in December but left the post after only two days. That was about the same time Delgado had tweeted congratulations to the "baby-daddy" and called him the "2016 version of John Edwards,” a reference to another political sex scandal. She later deleted the tweets. (More extramarital affair stories.)
