Walmart Wants to Ban Woman From Racist Rant Video
A video posted to Facebook shows a Walmart customer in Arkansas berating multiple women with racial insults. The company is attempting to identify the woman in order to ban her.   (Facebook)

Walmart is attempting to identity the racist Arkansas customer seen in a viral video this week in order to ban her from shopping at its stores, BuzzFeed reports. The video was posted to Facebook on Monday by Eva Hicks, a mother of three. Hicks tells CNN she nicely asked the unidentified woman to move her cart so she could get medicine from the shelf, and the woman blew up at her. She started filming when the woman's comments turned racist. "Go back to Mexico," the woman says in the video. She goes on to tell Hicks, "We don't want you here" and that she's the the one being rude by being in America. Another woman steps in and tells the woman to stop being "ignorant." The unidentified woman responds: "A n---er's calling me ignorant?"

Walmart is asking the unidentified woman to no longer shop at its stores. "We have no tolerance for the language or actions of this customer," the company says in a statement. Hicks says she supports Walmart banning the woman but doesn't want anything worse to happen to her; she only posted the video to raise awareness of racism. She blames President Trump for emboldening racists. Hicks, who has been in the US for three decades, says the incident left her feeling "insulted and unwanted." She says another Walmart customer hugged her and helped her to her car to make sure she was safe. "I love this country and I will stay in this country," Hicks says in her Facebook post.
