Brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, arrested as suspects in the kidnapping of Natalee Holloway, will be freed this weekend after what prosecutors called "new incriminating evidence" failed to solidify the case. It's the third time the brothers have been arrested and let go since Holloway disappeared in Aruba on May 30, 2005, the AP reports.

The two were re-arrested last week. "We have three days to launch an appeal, but we have to think about it," said prosecutor Dop Kuimel. Along with Joran van der Sloot, the Kalpoes were the last to see Holloway before her disappearance. Van der Sloot, who has complained of being mistreated, will remain in jail. All three have denied involvement. (More Deepak Kalpoe stories.)
