White House Calls Mark Halperin's 'Dick' Comment 'Inappropriate'

For the record, the White House thinks it would be inappropriate to call a president from either party a "dick." So says spokesman Jay Carney, who was asked to respond to Mark Halperin's infamous description of President Obama today on MSNBC's Morning Joe, reports ABC. (See the Halperin video here.) “The comment that was made was inappropriate," Carney said. "It would be inappropriate to say that about any president of either party. And on behalf of the White House I expressed that sentiment to executives at the network." (More Mark Halperin stories.)
